What data this site processes
The site is static and requires no registration. It uses no profiling cookies, analytics or advertising trackers: that is why there is no consent banner. Technical logs of the hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) may temporarily record IP address, date and time of the request and browser type, for security and service operation purposes.
Contact form: no data collected by this site
The form on the Contact page sends no data to this site or its servers: on click it composes a message sent from your own WhatsApp app (transmitted by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under their policy) or your mail client. Please do NOT include health data in the message: any clinical information will be collected at the practice, with a dedicated notice and consent under Article 9 GDPR.
Google map
On the Contact page the Google Maps map loads only after your explicit click. By activating it, Google Ireland Ltd. may collect browsing data under its own privacy policy, including non-EU transfers based on standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis and purposes
Technical logs are processed on the controller's legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). If you contact us, the data you provide is processed to answer your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and kept for as long as needed to handle it.
Disclosure and retention
Data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the technical providers hosting the site, appointed as data processors. Technical logs are kept only as long as strictly necessary for security; messages received for as long as needed to follow up.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the controller's contacts. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
