Clear aligners have transformed adult orthodontics: nearly invisible, removable trays that move teeth in a programmed way. Our practice is certified in both Invisalign and Spark, the two leading systems. Here is how to find your way.
How treatment works
- Case study: intraoral scanner (no impression paste!), photographs, digital X-rays.
- 3D simulation: before starting, we look together at how your teeth will move and the expected result.
- Series of aligners: each tray is worn for about 1–2 weeks, 22 hours a day.
- Periodic check-ups to verify movements follow the plan.
- Retention at the end, to keep the result stable over time.
Invisalign vs Spark
Both systems work very well, and the choice depends on the clinical case more than the brand. Invisalign is the best-known and most documented system, with the most mature planning platform. Spark uses the TruGEN material, appreciated for clarity and comfort, and is often competitive on cost.
The specialist's truth? The result comes from the diagnosis, not the tray. An accurate case study — cephalometrics, profile analysis, simulation — produces stable smiles with either system.
Who they suit
- Adults correcting crowding or gaps without visible braces
- Teenagers, with dedicated versions that account for growth
- Relapses after old orthodontic treatments
- Orthodontic preparation for prosthetic or implant work
For complex cases — impacted canines, significant skeletal discrepancies — we assess combined approaches, including orthodontic mini-screws or surgical-orthodontic paths where needed.
